Calendar invites, email nudges, and SMS are billed separately because they cost us differently. SMS is the cheapest of the three by design — you connect your own SMS provider account, so we only ever charge a processing fee, never a markup on your carrier bill. Calendar invites carry the richest logic (ICS versioning, Zoom auto-registration), so they sit at the top.
